In Memory of Mom and A Tribute to the Power of Family

This senior living journey started in a very personal way—by walking with my siblings during our mother's senior living transition. That experience opened my eyes to the emotional weight and complexity of each decision families face.

Along the way, our big family learned much about this season of life and about ourselves under stress. We were challenged by her changes and by making difficult decisions — unsure sometimes as we muddled through. Each family member's contribution made a difference in how mom's story played out. It is because of this experience that I know how to help you because I've been there, and because so many family members were involved at different points, we shared a different part of the journey with mom.

It is easy to feel overwhelmed by too many options and not enough trustworthy information. That’s why I listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and advocate for what truly matters to each person I serve. You won't be handed a brochure and left to figure it out. You’ll be met with compassion, clarity, and a partner who genuinely cares.

What sets my approach apart is how intuitive and personalized it is. I don’t just know senior living communities—I know seniors, the paperwork, the timing, the feelings, and the fears. My last memory with her is a joyful one -- a springtime drive in Oklahoma with the windows rolled down, the radio playing while enjoying some ice cream. It is because of mom's transition and the journey we walked as a family that I'm choosing to walk with you and to navigate this part of your story.
