Hello. I’m Belinda Godin, owner of Aging Stages Senior Services, educator, and Senior Transitions Advisor. Drawing on my work in assisted living and memory care—and my own family’s aging journey—I offer practical guidance to help you feel more informed, less fearful, and better prepared for what comes next. Participants often tell me how glad they are to have invested the time. So, I encourage you to show up for yourself—and for the people you care about.
