My advising and placement services are free to seniors and their families per state law. I am licensed by the State of Oregon which requires no fees being assigned to seniors for placement services. I am compensated by the communities selected by my clients.

The Senior Home Safety Assessment is a cost of $200 to $300 depending on your home's square footage.
